Welcome Teachers!

On my website, I have a collection of materials that I use in my classroom. Most things are created by myself, however a few things are materials that have been freely shared by many teachers from around the country! When I post these I will credit (and link when possible) the origianl teacher.

My website is designed for my students and as such, is a virtural classroom. Feel free to look around and use what you can!

I am on a schedule of 51 minute classes that meet 5 days a week. Most of my lessons are created for face to face students, but can be modified for virtural learning.

Here are a few things to note about my classroom:

1) I do not lecture in my class. I use Project Based learning for most of what I do. Students are given a task and it is through research that they learn the material.

2) We write a LOT! Even though my AP classes are about history, I treat the class as more of a writing class. Students spend much of their time learning how to write for their history exams.

3) My lessons/activities are centered around the suggested skill per the CED so I prioritize my in-class activities around either skills 1-6.
